Hi all.. Wizonk has been having an interesting time of late. I rolled out various updates – the 1.6 one being the “final” multiplayer VS build: https://mixelslab.itch.io/wizonk it has so many fixes and new things that I’m not really sure where to start listing them.
Since then, too.. Dave/BigD took Wizonk along and ran a Wizonk tournament at Zzap! Live down in Kenilworth, thanks to his work and enthusiasm, as well as the great testing and troubleshooting from his son Liam;- a whole lot more people have had a chance to play the game.. I hope if you were there that you enjoyed it!

Also, congratulations to the winners of the tournament!

So, about that update.. Here’s a screen grab of the main menu as things have changed significantly since I posted one!

I’m really proud of all the diverse options and gameplay additions, and really looking forward to showing you the next step in Wizonk’s development – the single player campaign.
Other projects
I have so many plates spinning at the moment, it discourages me from posting updates often enough – so I’m going to try to drip out more focused updates weekly. I have some exciting new stuff going on. Come over to the discord if you want to hear about things earlier, or to hang out! https://discord.gg/cAAGhhY
As for twitch streaming, I have that on hold for now as I’m in (comparative) crunch time for Amiga40 and working on some secret stuff that makes it quite difficult to stream. (cough amigamejam)
In the meantime, you could go check out my good friend Roar’s project https://roartj.itch.io/wings-of-fear-demo Wings Of Fear – it’s his first game and it’s been a hell of a lot of fun watching (and occasionally helping) him learn Scorpion.
See you with a CMO update soon!
